This Equipment Rental Agreement is between Castle Records, LLC and the Renter named below. The Renter agrees to return the listed equipment in the condition received and accepts responsibility for loss or damage during the rental period.

This is a working business form. For high-value or unusual engagements, have a California-licensed attorney review the final terms. Submitting this form creates a record of your request/agreement with Castle Records, LLC.

Terms

The Renter accepts the equipment in good working order and will return it in the same condition, normal use excepted. The Renter is liable for the full replacement value of lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. Equipment may not be sub-rented or taken outside the agreed region without written consent. Late returns are billed at the daily rate plus a late fee. The security deposit is refunded after inspection on return.
